Our farm requires temporary or seasonal staff on a constant basis to support our daily activities
We take advantage of the temporary work program through H2A visas for foreign personnel for agricultural work.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Be of legal working age
- Have a valid passport
- Have immediate availability for travel
- Must be able to live on an agricultural ranch
- Be able to work in cold/hot weather
- Be able to work in an agricultural environment
- Must be able to follow directions
- You must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job.
- Be able to perform all job functions safely.
- Meet farm standards for the job
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to stand on concrete floor, grating, or metal support for extended periods.
- Being able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and overtime required for the position.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push, pull, and squat
- Must be able to effectively use small hand tools (such as knives, scissors, etc.).
- Be able to work at heights of 40-80 feet.
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
- Bilingual is helpful but not essential (Spanish/English)
