The foundation of our farm is our acres of greenhouses that allow us to provide exceptional quality and consistency over long and extended seasons. Because we grow in rich soils within our greenhouses rather than hydroponically, all of our crops are certified organic and have what we believe to be superior culinary characteristics. We go further toward this goal by prioritizing the research and development of varieties and production practices that result in some of the sweetest tomatoes and the most unique lettuce blend on the market, just to highlight two categories.
